Request quotation

Weimer use the "Request quotation" for forest carriages, trailers and cranes with accessories. When you request a quotation, you should list your name and contact information. In box Other info, you should specify requests for additional equipment and/or information on trade-in. Weimer will normally return within five business days with a quotation offer. Delivery time and -cost for carriage and/or crane with accessories is provided in connection with sent out quotation. The quotation is valid for 30 days.

Prices

Prices in Weimer webshop is in Swedish crowns (SEK) excluding VAT. Sales in Sweden are always traded in Swedish crowns. For export, it is possible to choose billing in SEK, EURO or USD. Billing in EURO/USD will have a conversion rate from SEK at date of order or at Weimer quotation offer date with a validity of normally 30 days.

Price adjustments in webshop can be carried out without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, state rate changes or unexpected price changes from suppliers. Weimer always notify the buyer at a price adjustment.

Purchase Order Terms

Purchases from Weimer are age restricted and by placing an order you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. An order confirmation will be sent by email after you have placed your order. We reserve the right for individual products may be out of stock and for any publishing error.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on delivery or by invoice 20 days after approved credit. For invoice customers, the minimum requirement is that there is no credit history. If the credit assessment is not approved the order becomes automatically due on delivery. Items are in Weimer´s possession until paid.

A cash receipt for prepaid orders or delivery note for invoiced orders will be included in the delivery. Be sure to save all receipts and/or delivery note for any returns, complaints or replacements.

Delivery Terms

Weimer reserve the right for sold out goods and delivery will be cancelled when this happens. Be sure to check your shipment upon receipt, assure that you got the right item and number compared to the invoice / packing slip and your order.  

Deliveries in Sweden 
Normal delivery time is 1-5 working days, except for trailers and cranes. If the goods are out of stock in our warehouse, delivery time may be slightly longer. If goods are not sent within five days we will always contact you by phone or email. 

Shipping cost is 95 SEK excluding VAT, except for trailers and cranes, and deliveries are made by Post Business Parcel 16:00, Mypac for goods up to 20 kg or DFDS Transport  for  goods over 20 kg  unless otherwise required. At the choice of other shippers, additional shipping cost may apply. 

Weimer deliver no part deliveries. When the goods are dispatched, Weimer will send you a shipment notice by email. You will normally receive the goods within 1-2 days with Posten Business package after our shipment notice. For deliveries to the northern part of Sweden and Gotland, Posten Business package takes an additional day or two. 

Delivery time and cost for trailer and/or crane with accessories is provided in connection with sent out quotation offer. The terms of the quotation offer must be approved by the customer before delviery.

Deliveries for Export 
For deliveries to countries outside Sweden, the shipping cost will depend on country and city. At order confirmation to customer the actual shipping cost and delivery conditions are enclosed. The customer must approve the conditions prior to the delivery. 

Delivery time and cost for trailer and/or crane with accessories is provided in connection with sent out quotation offer. The terms of the quotation offer must be approved by the customer.

Damaged supplies
Transport damage should always and immediately be reported to the carrier and Weimer to be accepted. Never accept goods with visible external damage. If you don´t discover the damage until you get home, take the whole package including the wrapping back to the shipper and fill out a claim form. 

Warranty & Returns

Warranty 
Weimer Skogsteknik & Hydraulik´s own manufactured forest products have two years warranty. Products that derive from third-party vendor has one year warranty, such as motor, valve and radio unit. The warranty covers only the initial errors, i.e. errors that existed in the product upon delivery, and is valid from delivery date. Warranty does not cover handling errors, bad luck injuries or if the product is used under abnormal circumstances such as usage of impure oils or high heat conditions. 


If any product should break during normal use, contact Weimer Skogsteknik & Hydraulik first and thereafter send back the defective goods. If we find defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair the goods or send you a new product. If necessary, the product will be returned to third-party manufacturer for warranty processing. Warranty claims are not accepted on assembly, disassembly, repairs at other workshop, consequential damages caused by the defective product, machine downtime and lost production. The warranty is not valid if the product has been modified so that it deviates from its original version e.g. by modification, settings, add-construction or replacement of parts not supplied by Weimer.

For warranty return, the product type, production number for manufactured goods, delivery date and the name and address of purchaser should be included in the shipment.

Returns 
You have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date you received the goods.

NOTE, remember to record the receipt and tracking number on the package as proof that you sent the item back. If Weimer warehouse does not receive the return, you are responsible for tracking the goods when sent material is lost in delivery. 

Always include a copy of your invoice when returns are sent and specify whether you want to exchange the goods or want a refund if the goods have been prepaid. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are paid by the customer. Returns on cash on delivery will not be accepted. 

Have the product been used or appear used, there will be a deducting fee of at least 10%. 
Weimer will reimburse you for shipping costs when we have sent the wrong item and at approved claim.

Special orders
Special ordered items, that Weimer normally not keep in stock, will not be resumed. 

Personal information

By filling in your details and create a login and an account you agree that your personal information is stored and used by Weimer. Weimer stores the information in order to fulfill our obligations to customers and our marketing. No customer information is sold to third party. You can always change your information by login to our website change your username and password. Weimer store personal data under the provisions of the Swedish PUL.
